Here's the first problem I have with the analysis. How did they conclude that it would take years to plot just because he had a spreadsheet? I could come up with a spreadsheet in 15 minutes.
Here's the second problem I have with the analysis. Why would he put names if he just wanted a high number of kills? What if you kill someone who is not on the list? Do you get the points? Also, if you have a list, doesn't it just make it harder?
Sounds to me like the cop drew his conclusion and tried to bend the evidence to fit.
