Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.

He didn't block their right to self representation, he blocked the idea of separate representation that reinforced the caste system.

But there were no oppressors to oppress. The British were out. They can't vote. The Hindus were the largest voting bloc even if they split. How does it benefit The Dalits who represented 35% of the population, but were limited to 18% of the seats.
