I do exercise but only about 3-4 days a week and I find taking a hot bath helps relieve some of my muscle soreness.

(Non spends 5.6 hours on PCF instead of calling clients) "I need to start doing Yoga again"
(Non makes dinner) "I need to start doing Yoga again"
(Non goes to gym) "I don't feel like Yoga tonight...next week"
(Non goes to sleep) "I need to start doing Yoga again"
...I need to start doing Yoga again.
