P90X.
I hate exercise. Always have, even when I was in ROTC and led our PT every morning at 5am. Sucks.
So, every year about this time, I break out my P90X videos and get started. I usually make it through about 60 days of it before I quit. But, that gets the winter 15 off, gets me in a bit of shape for the summer months, and makes me generally feel better. Then, I spend the rest of the year putting the weight back on and being lazy.
Honestly, it works for me. I can keep the same clothes, I can live like I want for most of the year, and I don't have to feel guilty.
Now that I'm racing on a fairly regular schedule, I might have to keep up something all year round. Probably stick in a plyometrics or kenpo once or twice per week, as those are my favorites.
