we're not even at peace with the north koreans. of course we'd be involved
north korea, if they actually went off the deep end, would be very very alone
south korea though would end up doing most of the occupying at the end of the day, i'd expect. oh and china would want to lend a hand... they dont want americans on their doorstep

limit the involvement of US ground forces, put our Air Force at the disposal of Prime Minister Park. After the RoK stomps the NorKs put USAID at the disposal of Prime Minister Park.

China and Japan do not want a re-unified Korea, which would be the eventual outcome if a war kicked off (down the road mind you).
