a friend of the family was pretty destitute the last 15 years of his life and the only ID that he had was a SS card.
he still cashed checks, he still saw a doctor, he still received social security, he still rented an apartment, he still bought cigarettes and beer.

Oh we were miscommunicating. Your anecdote still had an ID. the Dane was referencing photo ID whereas I was saying they just need an ID.
Though obviously I think that people should get photo IDs. Everybody has an ID of some sort. And in my state you need to have a photo ID to purchase things such as video games, or whatever, by law.

The intentional hoax of claiming we need these laws because of widespread voter fraud when there have been 10 documented cases since... 2000.
