Change the Constitution?

1. Create an amendment that bans federal activity in the War on Drugs.
2. Limit the president to a 6-year term.
3. Create a truly bicameral legislature with a House that is filled by demarchy rather than republican democracy.
4. Create an e-democratic process to maintain 21st century democracy.
5. Some different voting scheme for presidential races. I like ranked voting.

I have to pay for their stupidity. Like I said, your argument is dangerous. It is how blacks can be enslaved, how interracial marriage is banned, how women can be beaten, etc. Why stop at creationism? Well gee willikers, if Mississippi wants to teach that black people are closer to apes than white people, why not!?

Just because people want to do something doesn't mean they should.

You're arguing we should be allowed to choose a path that hurts society, that hurts progress, that is bad simply because it is a "choice."

The federal gov't has the right to tell people not to teach stupid things to children because the federal gov't is supposed to look out for the general welfare of the nation and those children.
