I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at. It's trade between various state capitalist enterprises. Since the current doctrine is free trade I don't see a problem with making the right purchase for the situation just because it's from the "rooskies".

Free trade means international trade free from obstructionism that is biased toward a partner's nationalistic interests. That could be construed to include obstructionism of an nationalistic/ideological bent.
