This doesn't even shock me. Ford is a monster... a true monument to human stupidity. He got kicked out of a Jewish fundraiser not long ago for being intoxicated and belligerent. He assaulted a reporter on public property, claiming the man was on his lawn. He swore at 911 operators and was caught on tape saying he was the f**k mayor. He got caught texting while driving forty kilometers over the speed limit. He almost got removed from office for violating a conflict of interest law. He was accused of drunkenly groping a female counsellor...
