the title of the thread, while completely correct, was made so people would read it. the content that i posted had to do with the law itself being wrong, as i was mocking the law, not mocking his prosecution of it. had i been doing that i would have said something like
"guy saves a kids life and then gets fined 1K for doing so. this guy is a hero and gets slammed, so unfair QQ"
instead i said
"guy saves a kids life and then gets fined 1K for doing so. remember this next time you're in a situation where you can save someone's life. ask yourself if their life worth your money"
the underlined portion is about the law, which precipitated in the not underlined portion. but the point of the thread is the law. if it wasn't blatantly obvious to you that's understandable as you seem to think that DC is located on the west coast
