they didn't vote against the aid, they voted against the other crap that was with the aid. for example coburn listed several items that he found questionable with the sandy relief bill.

sadly he can't vote for just the things he wanted to vote for and so then gets labelled as "fiscal hawks, have previously voted against disaster aid to other parts of the country when they've had natural disasters"
