How is that at all relevant?

Swearing an oath to defend the Constitution doesn't mean you just get to randomly interpret it however you want without consequence lol.

So when various levels of government violate the Constitution, what should happen to them? Who will enforce the law against them? Why do they get to interpret the constitution to their satisfaction? What should the consequences be? At what point should there be an interpretation of the Constitution to decide whether a law is in violation? How many people would you put in jail or fire because a statute defies the Constitution?

If they are sworn to an oath why don't they get to interpret the Constitution? Every law they enforce is their interpretation, so when and how do you separate interpreting the Constituiton from local statutes?

I have a question for everyone.

Let's say a guy just got out of prison for a child sex offense. He is on strict probation that states he may not be alone around children. He is alone, walking around a small lake and notices a child in the lake drowning and begging for help. He is the only one around that could help and he is a good swimmer. However, if he goes near the child, he risks going to prison for 25 years.

What should he do?
